Why are Mac users so unhappy with their Mac?
Yet another article using the recent announcement of Final Cut Pro for iPad to question the future of the iPad. Of course I had to write a response. My conclusion:
I’ve generally been satisfied, no, delighted by the iPad. I don’t spend my time longing for the iPad to have Mac features or to have it be a Mac. I wish the same for Mac users, that they can learn to be satisfied with what they have in the Mac and not spend so much time wishing for a different computer.
Denny Henke @pimoore Thanks Pete and agreed. I'm hopeful that Apple stays the course and eventually the Mac folk will either learn to be happy with their Macs or make the effort to learn how to use the iPad. 🤓
Peter Wickins I'm very much in your camp on this one. I feel like commenting on the original article with something like "so what you really want is a computer/tablet with a detachable keyboard and touchscreen. Have you tried a surface pro?"
